This allows you to spread your work out optimally and you know which technical requirements, for example, your insulation has to meet in order to qualify for a premium.

- You will receive a €220 subsidy for an energy audit by an expert
- For low to very low incomes, the premium can be doubled or tripled
- A new application can only be made after 6 years for the same property and application
Federal tax deduction for roof insulation
In the case of roof insulation via an approved contractor, you are entitled to a tax reduction.
- The tax credit for roof insulation expenses amounts to 30% of the expenditure, but is limited to a maximum amount
- The reduction amounts to €3,130 per property
